The lemon tree house - Bellagio

House in the historic center of Bellagio about 100 m from the lake.

The house is on two floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator.

Ideal for 7 guests.

The house is located 50 m from the main square, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, laundry, ice cream parlors and hairdressers.

The public dock for boats and hydrofoils is about 200m away.

Ground floor:

- kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, crockery and kettle;

- living room with dining table, sofa (which becomes a sofa bed) and TV;

- bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine;

- double bedroom with wardrobe, safe and French doors with access to the patio with deck chairs.

First floor (accessed from the internal staircase)

- bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine;

- very bright bedroom with single bed;

- double bedroom with equipped kitchenette (electric hobs, microwave oven, refrigerator and dishes);

- access to the equipped garden.

External parking space.

Guests can reach the house directly by car.

The historic center of Bellagio is a limited traffic area but those who book the house have the right to access the ZTL without incurring penalties.

You will be given more precise instructions upon check-in.

For those traveling by public transport:

- the boat and hydrofoil landing stage is less than 5 minutes away on foot (200m);

- the nearest bus stop is 500 meters away

Guests can use the garden, the BBQ and the products from the garden.

In the heart of the historic center of Bellagio at about 50 meters from the main square and at about 100 meters from the lake. All services at your fingertips: laundries, bars, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc ...

A private parking for free is available for guests. To reach the house it is necessary to drive in the Limited traffic zone but, once you arrive, we will provide you with the permit for free circulation during the period of your stay.

The city tax (Eur 3 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights) cannot be added to the price. It will be paid at check-in in cash.

If you need a cot (including linen) the extra cost is Euro 30.00 per night.

Unless specifically requested, the sofa bed will remain closed and without bed linen.

PLEASE NOTE: we accept small pets. Before booking, send us a message specifying what animal it is and the size. We will confirm if the apartment is suitable.

PARKING: to access the parking you need to enter the courtyard, the width of the entrance is 2,26 metres. We recommend a small car to drive on Lake Como roads.

The centre is a traffic limited zone area but, as you have a reservation to our house, you can enter it without taking a penalty. We will require the plate number of your car at your check-in.
